A brief introduction

With over 15 years of experience in embodiment, and biomechanics, Stephan is evolving the understanding of Fascia as a living, intelligent system. His practice started from a deep, personal search to heal his chronic hip, knee, and low back pain. After years of wilderness guiding in remote areas, working as a wilderness medic, and pushing his body to the max in alpine sports, Stephan knew he needed to live differently and find solutions. A 3000 hour study and practice of Massage Therapy, led to trainings in: -Myofascial Cupping -Fascial Decompression -Fascial Contouring -Ligamentous Articular Strain Techniques -Functional Movement Techniques- Blades Advanced -Meridian Massage & Acupressure -Reiki -Chi Nei Tsang -Abdominal Chi Massage -Intentional Movement -Foundational Movement Therapy -Buteyko Breathing- Techniques for Self-Care and Vitality -Attendee at the International Biotensegrity Conference 2019 His work bridges ancient wisdom and modern discovery, guiding people to regenerate fluidity, coherence, and vitality through Fascia-informed movement. A passionate educator and field researcher, Stephan brings clarity to Fascia’s role as a biophotonic light field. He’s known for making multidimensional concepts practical, translating complex ideas into embodied experiences that people can feel and apply. Through Unified Fields, Stephan offers live movement sessions, immersive practices, and Fascia based tools designed to reawaken the body’s original design and regenerative intelligence.

Stephan is one of the most skilled and knowledgeable practitioners I have come across and his expertise reaches far beyond the realm of fascia. His work is a beautiful blending of physical modalities and psycho-somatic awareness.
Anyone desiring to explore this psycho-somatic connection within themselves while also experiencing a very tangible, body-focused modality will be in the best of care.
