A brief introduction

My journey with Fascia began with scar tissue and digestive organ therapy, two things that were inspired by my own injuries and challenges from years of mountaineering and adventure guiding. These personal experiences became a driving force for my growth. When conventional solutions didn’t provide lasting relief, I developed my own methodologies. These techniques have since helped people recover from issues like C-section scar complications, constipation and many other similar concerns. In the last few years, I have seen an increase in gut, spine and cranium imbalances. Working on the Fascia dynamics between the three has shown me the utmost importance of keeping them nourished, supported and optimized. This has propelled my work into a new direction: gut, spine and cranium harmony based on the principles of nature and the Quantum Field. By combining breath, focused thought, manual work and movement, the Fascia Field responds most effectively, creating new pathways not only for the body, but for consciousness to flow. Entrainment is the key to this re-education (something you have to experience live in the moment). With a strong grasp of the body's interconnected Fascial network, I lead individuals on a path of self-discovery and healing. Through tailored consultations and guidance, I help you unlock your potential for enhanced health and vitality.

Stephan is one of the most skilled and knowledgeable practitioners I have come across and his expertise reaches far beyond the realm of fascia. His work is a beautiful blending of physical modalities and psycho-somatic awareness.
Anyone desiring to explore this psycho-somatic connection within themselves while also experiencing a very tangible, body-focused modality will be in the best of care.
