How does this method work?

​This method involves manual techniques to identify and remove impeding Fascial adhesions and restrictions throughout the body. Proper tissue manipulation stimulates mechanoreceptors in the fascial web to signal tissue cells to regain compliance and alignment. These methods are also effective for abdominal health and digestive organs.

Does this method use oil?

The techniques, for effective engagement of the fascial tissues, require little to no oil. When oil is used, it is applied in conjunction with myofascial cups to facilitate smooth engagement with the tissues. Organic cold-pressed coconut oil is used for this purpose.

What are the benefits?

The tissues remodel by guiding the dysfunctional fibers to regenerate and restore healthy patterns. Relieve nerve, blood and lymphatic vessel restrictions, realign scar tissue and even relieve constipation. Aesthetic benefits noted in members include scar reduction, hair regrowth, height restoration, wrinkle and cellulite reduction.

Is there any prep or integration work?

In order to increase tissue receptiveness, there are a few steps that can be taken. These include refraining from applying lotion to the treatment areas, and maintaining proper hydration (until urine is slightly discolored) to improve tissue compliance.

How does this method work?

Explore innovative movements inspired by Quantum principles and the natural elements that support the body's innate capacities to regenerate itself. Focusing on the gut, spine and cranial, this series comprises of movements, breathwork, imagery, and toning. Practices can be performed free-standing, against a wall, or on the ground, engaging the muscles as a unified field of Fascia.

Are there both private and group sessions?

Yes, there are ongoing private sessions that can be booked here, and occasional group live classes. Online movement programs are in the works!

Is there any prep or integration work?

To enhance your body's responsiveness and flexibility, it is important to be hydrated and wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement. This will help your body tissues to function optimally and allow greater ease and control.

How does this method work?

Receive customized guidance on how to realign your Fascia for long-lasting relief. This method allows for self-treatment at your convenience, using specific manual techniques to alleviate issues such as neck, shoulder, & knee pain, tension headaches, and/or tight hips. These routines are tailored to your needs and require no additional equipment

Are there both private and group sessions?

Stephan offers both individual and partner/couples sessions where participants can choose 2-3 areas that need relief and receive step-by-step guidance to help each other. 

What are the benefits?

Fascia self-care is a holistic method of taking care of the body that focuses on reducing the chances of injury and safeguarding joint health. It enables people to improve their daily routines and support better blood-flow, nerve conduction, force distribution and co-ordinated range of motion.

Is there any prep or integration work?

Being hydrated and wearing unrestrictive clothing will allow your tissues to be more receptive, without impeding your range of motion, and allowing for better access to areas that need care.
